Our story
The history of K. B. Jainul Club & Library is a story of remembrance, generosity, community spirit, and a shared love for sports. The club was established in 1962 in memory of Late Mir Jainul Ali, a promising young footballer from the neighbouring village of Mirpara.
Heartbroken by the loss of his son, Late Mir Tajen Ali (Gomasta) donated 5 decimals of land for the establishment of a club and library, believing that sports and education could continue the legacy of the young footballer.
In 1982, Late Hafijuddin Ahmed donated approximately 1.78 acres of land for a playground in memory of his father, Late Hazi Meherdi Biswas. During 2019–2020, the club purchased an additional 20.25 decimals of land with community support.
To promote sports, education, community welfare, and youth development while preserving the rich legacy of K. B. Jainul Club & Library. Creating opportunities for future generations and strengthening community bonds through sports and social service.
Our playground
The club is proud to own a playground of more than 6 bighas of land with an approximate dimension of 100 × 60 metres. It is the only club-owned playground in Kaliachak-II Block.
